Cancellation 6.1 In the case of cancellation by the client 48 hours or more in advance of the scheduled service you are not required to complete the service and you will not receive payment regardless of if the service is completed. You will be notified by email at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled service that the customer has cancelled and it is your responsibility to check if this is the case or not. 6.2 In the case of cancellation by the client less than 48 hours in advance of the scheduled service you are not required to complete the service but will still receive payment regardless of if the service is completed. You will be notified by email of this cancellation to the best of our ability. 6.3 If you cancel 48 hours or more in advance through the website there is no penalty and the client will be alerted of the cancellation by email, you may enter a reason for cancellation and this will be communicated to the client. You do not receive any payment in this case. 6.4 If you cancel 48 hours or less in advance then you will receive a strike on your account. You do not receive any payment in this case.
